Postcards from Italy

In June the Chorale will be going to Rome to perform the Cherubini Requiem in conjunction with CaroCoro. Cherubini’s Requiem was a work that Beethoven was known to think very highly of. We first perform it for our local fans at Church of the Epiphany, whose wonderful acoustic enveloped the sound of our spectacular winter concert collaboration with the Sam Bonds Chorale. The program will also feature music of Antonio Vivaldi and Giacomo Puccini.
