A Prayer of St. Columba

Andrew Jonathan Welch, our Assistant Director and Keyboard Artist, composed a piece dedicated to his first piano teacher who had recently passed away. The uplifting text of this piece seemed particularly appropriate to buoy our spirits during this challenging time. He, Watching over Israel

Our Spring 2021 project was to begin the preparations for an anticipated performance of Mendelssohn’s great oratorio, Elijah. We spent the semester rehearsing on a combination of Zoom and Jamulus and eventually created a video of “He, Watching over Israel.” HERE
